Wilson Capital Group is a small group of investors who want to make smarter real estate investments.
We review direct deals as a group, ask the hard questions, underwrite independently, and share our findings. When a deal meets our strict criteria, we pool capital and invest together as one larger check.
This isn’t a fund and we're not in the business of promoting deals. It’s a member-led group made up of business owners, operators, and high-net-worth individuals who are tired of mass email blasts and overly-polished pitch decks. We want real access to high-quality opportunities — not the ones that make the rounds because someone’s good at marketing.
Why This Exists
A few of us were already sharing deals and asking each other for input before investing.
It became clear that reviewing opportunities together surfaced better questions and led to investments with greater conviction. The group has grown largely from word of mouth and personal relationships.
When we invest together as one larger check, we get preferred access, better reporting, and stronger economics. Sponsors appreciate one clean tranche of capital. And we all benefit from the collective diligence we perform before investing.
Led by an Operator, Not a Marketer
Eric Wilson, Managing Partner
Eric Wilson is a real estate developer and capital allocator with a decade of experience sourcing, underwriting, and executing multifamily and mixed-use projects. After years of leading his own deals, he began reviewing opportunities from other operators — sharing the best ones with investors who’d backed him before. They valued the diligence he brought, and the way he surfaced deals that didn’t just look good on paper — they actually held up to scrutiny.
This group formed out of a private circle of LPs who collaborate, underwrite independently, and pool capital to co-invest in a few select real estate deals per year — with real access to the people running the deals.
