It’s a member-led group made up of business owners, operators, and high-net-worth individuals who are tired of mass email blasts and overly-polished pitch decks. We want real access to high-quality opportunities — not the ones that make the rounds because someone’s good at marketing.
It became clear that reviewing opportunities together surfaced better questions and led to investments with greater conviction. The group has grown largely from word of mouth and personal relationships.

Every deal we consider gets fully underwritten by members of the group. We request track records, rent rolls, financials, debt terms — all of it. We reject far more deals than we invest in.
Eric Wilson is a real estate developer and capital allocator with a decade of experience sourcing, underwriting, and executing multifamily and mixed-use projects. After years of leading his own deals, he began reviewing opportunities from other operators — sharing the best ones with investors who’d backed him before. They valued the diligence he brought, and the way he surfaced deals that didn’t just look good on paper — they actually held up to scrutiny.
